ALL PC fans stop spinning randomly

System: Win10 / R5 3600X / GTX 1070 / Asus Prime Pro X470 / 16GB TridentZ 3200Mhz / bequiet 600W gold

 

Yeah well hi guys, so I have a little problem.

Few months ago I made a "custom" cooler for my GPU with zipties and replaced all my fans (8 in total) with Arctic PST PWM fans and the cooling performance is pretty decent.

Since then my fans sometimes randomly and all of a sudden will just stop spinning for no reason and I have no clue why. The Pc just goes completly silent and

my GPU will go up to 93°c. I always keep the Bios updated to the newest Agesa and all fans are connected to the mainboard fan headers. It seems that it doesnt matter if theres a

game or any software running. I really have no clue why that happens, I am just worried coz Im poor af and dont want my hardware to die.
