Help plz Amd FreeSync Issue urgent need help

i have i5 4590 and 1050ti 16 gb ram and i recently bought myself a redragon blackmagic 27in 144hz gaming FreeSync monitor but then ever i turn the freesync on from the monitor's settings my screen goes black and never comes back i need to turn the freesync off and then restart the computer to get a screen help me with this issue plz any tips?
