I have just tried DIMM A2+B2 and it doesn’t work

Alright. Try clearing CMOS once again:

  1.  Power off the system
  2.  Hold the PWR Button for ~5 seconds
  3.  Unplug PSU from wall outlet
  4.  Remove the cell battery from your motherboard
  5.  Wait a few minutes (2-3)
  6.  Re-install the CMOS battery
  7.  Plug in power and boot
  • Remove all memory sticks from system
  • Clear DIMM slots of any debris/dust (Compressed air canister works well)
  • Test with individual ram sticks. First the old 1x8, then each one of the Ballistix kit.

I changed my old ram 1x8gb stick for 2 higher frequency 8gb sticks and now when booting up I get a blackscreen no bios at all and when I removed the 2 new ones and put the old ram I still had a blackscreen.

I have a msi b250m bazooka motherboard the slots I’m supposed to use are DIMMA2 and DIMMB2 but when I got the pc from my local computer shop they installed the stick in the DIMMA1 slot and I never had an issue with my ram. After removing the old ram I tried putting the 2 new ram sticks in DIMMA1+DIMMB1 and DIMMA2+DIMMB2 , the both didn’t work, then I tried my old ram in DIMMA1 and DIMMB1 and it doesn’t work either just blackscreen no bios.

This is the correct behavior afaik.  Reset CMOS and it should work.

Ok thanks I’ll try that right now, do you know where I should put the ram though DIMMA1+DIMMB1 like it came when I got my pc or DIMMA2+DIMMB2 like the motherboard says to do?

DIMM slots A2 + B2 would be the optimal configuration.
For reference, what is the model name/number of this kit? (INB4 LPX)

Do you mean ram kit? If so the ram I bought are Crucial Ballistix 3200 MHz DDR4 8GB CL16.

Did the CMOS reset change anything?

I followed what you said, tried all 3 sticks individually and it still doesn’t work and the ez debug led still shows that the issue comes from the ram 😕
