Windows 11 Task Manager inconsistency

I noticed this inconsistency on windows 11 version 21H2 build 22000.318 that I thought was quite interesting.

 

I don't really know what would cause it, but windows 11's Task Manager seems to be inaccurately reporting download speeds between the performance tab, and the processes tab. 

Doesn't matter too much, and I guess Microsoft is aware, but an interesting issue nevertheless (all screenshots were taken within a couple minutes of eachother)

It could be that the graphs show averages of a certain period and the process column shows realtime data. Did it stay consistently lower?

Yes, the entire time it was never higher than 280-300mbps in the processes tab.
