Router DDNS

Go to solution Solved by Eigenvektor,

Based on the message, you're using two routers, one behind the other. Both routers are performing NAT. The ASUS router simply doesn't support DDNS in such a scenario. It would only do so if it was connected to the internet directly.

Maybe its a silly question but why can I create a DDNS on tplink router but not on asus ?(the first router is the provider router which is the hub 4 from virgin media )
It gives this error 'The wireless router currently uses a private WAN IP address. This router may be in the multiple-NAT environment and DDNS service cannot work in this environment.'
