PC Boot Problems!

Hello everyone!

I've got a problem. After finishing my first ever build I was about to see if the PC posts, but after turning it on, the power went out.

Now, when turning it on again, it just says to boot from the selected boot drive, but I just want to access the BIOS!

What do I do?

press delete when the pc is starting up...
