My pc stops working under load
The PC won't turn off it just will stop displaying
I can still hear audio and it will still have fans and such on just no display
But just watching youtube and movies works perfectly fine
Pc
AMD Ryzen 5 3500x
Gtx 980ti Strix
Crucial 2x8gb sticks
Corsair 2x8gb sticks
X470 gaming plus MSI
CX750F RGB

The only thing I could think since the display is not going out except under load is there some problem with the GPU. I would try simple steps like reseating and recabling it, fresh installing drivers, if those don't work move onto stress testing, memory testing or if possible borrow a GPU from a friend or see if you have a local shop you could take the card too and have them put it in a test bench and see if you can produce the same results.
