Gigabyte 3060 RBG controlling

Hello, new to the PC building world and have a question about my GPU RGB lighting. I Have the TGB Fusion installed and can change the colors but I was wondering if there is a way to have the lights always on not just when the fans are running. Also if i can set it up to control it with Armory Crate with the rest of my PC Lights. Thank you.
