I have a dedicated fight pad which is great for fighting games and 2D games, but I need one with sticks as well and don't want to pay $60 for it. I also don't want a cheap piece of garbage. Surely there is something in the middle? How are the Powera controllers?

For what kind of games?  Different types of games can be better served By different controllers

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

With 3 gamers in my house we've been through a lot of gamepads.

The power A wired controllers are way better than the PDP controllers. Every PDP I have ever bought has failed.

I also have a nacon Pro compact which is good build quality and nice features but the size is a bit weird.

I'd recommend Power A
