Hello, so im in a search of 4ktv i found some but each of them has different power requirements, does those power requirements mean how much electricity will the tv draw or i need that much power in electrical outlet for tv to run normally.

uh well then it will consume around 85w in standard usage i guess. European Power Outlets can deliver like 2000w. Not sure where you are from but any standard outlet will be able to power the TV.

Croatia, so power deman its actually how much it uses not how much it needs to run

How much it uses and how much it needs is basically the same thing. If it uses or can use up to 85 W then it needs an outlet capable or providing that 85 W (at the correct voltage). This won't be different for anyone and I'm 99.9% certain you are fine, unless your house has a highly uncommon electrical setup.

Think of it like water flowing through a hose. The voltage is the pressure of the water. This needs to match to the pressure (voltage) the device is expecting. This is why you can't run 120 V equipment from a 240 V socket. The current is the amount of charge per second, so you could see this as maybe the mass of water flowing through the hose per second.

The combination of this voltage (pressure) and current gives you the power in W, which is the energy per second flowing through the cable or the liters of water flowing through the hose. This will be different between e.g. standby (slowly watering a house plant) and actively watching something (filling your pool at max speed), so it is similar to saying you need a hose theoretically capable of carrying at least X liters of water per second.
