You can't unless you delete partition A:

Due to how partitions work you can't extend an already created partition into another partition. You can only either 1. Delete the fast game partition and then extend your OS partition into the rest of the drive or 2. Just extend the fast game partition and deal with the fact your extra storage is in a different partition.

The windows disk manager has always been a pain for me to use... Try downloading one from the net. Those pics are kinda blurry, but I can't tell if it's been formatted/partitioned. If so you need to reformat it and pray it doesn't move because If I remember correctly the windows disk manager desnt allow you to move unpartitioned space.

A partition can't be in multiple parts, so you can only extend into contiguous free space.

You'd have to move the A partition to the end of the free space so that the free space ends up inbetween, then you can extend. This requires third-party tools.

 

Or just delete the A partition and make C take the whole drive, there isn't much point in having a separate partition for games, and as you see it'll always be a pain because one is going to be too small and the other too big eventually.
