Help needed with Premier pro

I am trying to use premier pro (I know how to use premier), but whenever I open premier pro lots of the UI never loads. here is what I have tried doing to fix this:

1. Closing all unnecessary background tasks.
2.  Relaunching premiere.
3. Restarting my pc.
4. Moving premier pro to my secondary monitor, this works but my secondary monitor is to small.  

Can someone please help, I have less than two hours to get this out.  HELP!!

So the panels you use are missing?
You can re-setup the main GUI how you see fit..
Opening Windows/Workspaces and then moving them around again to how you want it.

 

BTW - a pic would be nice, iE - We cannot see your screen.
