Boot Loop issue with x570 impact mobo

Hello  Ive had this pc for a while now.

Specs:

x570 crosshair impact

5900x

3090 Fe

32gb 3600 tridentz neo

 

My problem is that I was doing routine maintaince on my custom loop (repasting, flushing, and replacing the distilled water coolant). After reseating all components properly multiple times, I keep having the boot loop when it states “Please enter setup to recover bios settings. When raid configuration was built, ensure to set sata configuration to raid mode. Press F1 to run setup” After entering the bios I set my ram speeds from the profile and use pbo on my cpu. After saving and exiting I keep running into the same American Megatrends page stating the same exact message quoted above. Please have a look at this youtube vid that somewhat shows the issue.

Only way to boot into windows is to override my boot drive which doesn't apply the DCOP ram profile as well as the PBO2 profile i have had running for a while now.

My guess is a bad CMOS battery.

Any Advice would be appreciaited.
