Looking for external Amd gpu for mac.

I'm currently running a i9 8900hk 15 inch macbook pro. 32gb of ddr4 and 4gb Radeon Pro 560X. I'm looking for the best value gpu for video editing in 4k  in final cut pro full resolution. I am also looking to play diablo 3 4k max settings if capable. what gpu do I get. I'm a little lost so any help would work. Thanks

From what I have heard people have been able to get 6x00 cards working with Mac. So, depending on your budget you would be looking for either a 6800 or 6900 and a egpu enclosure. Not going to be cheap though. The enclosure alone is going to be 300 at least for a good one.

thanks for the feedback how much vram do I need I'm thinking 8gb but do I need 16gb

If you are working with 4k games 8 would be cutting it close. As much (or best card) you can fit in your budget.
