PC doesn't P.O.S.T

Did a fresh install from windows 11 to 10 and this new problem occurred where sometimes when I turn on my computer nothing P.O.S.T I would get no signal, no boot into bios, nothing. GPU/CPU fans and RGB work. Boot loops too. One way I got it to turn on and boot into windows was by re-plugging/turning off the power supply and turning it back on; however, when it boots back up and I reset the pc to test if the problem would happen again, everything works fine. This problem only seems to occur sometimes ( Restarted computer 5 times to see if the problem would occur, it doesn't and everything seems to run fine, the next day I get back home from work the problem arises). I've checked if all the plugs/cables were plugged in properly and reassembled the PC entirely. Would appreciate the help, thanks.

 

Tried using my friends power supply (650w 80+ gold) worked perfectly fine (Turned on and off all 5 times I tried) back with the 700w 80+ bronze PS

GPU - Gigabyte 3060Ti Eagle OC

CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 3700X

RAM-  Hyperx Fury 3200Mhz

Mobo - Gigabyte B450M DS3H Wifi V2-CF 8x2

PS - Deepcool 700w 80+ Bronze

SSD -  Lexar 500GB SSD

HDD - 2TB 

OS - Windows 10 64 bit

reset your bios/cmos

Already did that too, all I did was enable ERP in the bios. I've asked around and some say its my memory. I swapped out my memory with my friends and he recently got a problem on his pc where the pc froze and then color flashing occurred, no task bar too so he had to force shut down. Don't know if that had to do with memory or if it was a reassembly error. Any thoughts?
