Hey everyone, I've been experiencing an issue with stuttering when my pc runs for longer than 30 minutes. My fps shift from 70 to 50 and quickly go up again, it looks kinda like a slideshow, it started when i had to install the newest NVIDIA drivers for FH5. I don't know why this has been happening, there can be 2 other causes bus this is the cause closest relating to the issue. When the stuttering is happening it happens to not just games but everything in my windows, my mouse looks stuttery and Its very noticable due to my 255hz display. Other 2 causes could be: Windows 11 or new ram i installed 2 weeks ago.

Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Eight-Core Processor            3.70 GHz
Memory: 32gb 3200mhz ram (yes, there's a bottleneck between my cpu and ram)
GPU: RTX 2060 Super
Displays: 3 where main has a resolution of 2560x1440 and other 2 1920x1080 and 1680x1050
OS: Windows 11

Does anyone know a possible fix?

🤷‍♂️Oh, well shit, dude, I'll pick Windows 11 for sure as the likely culprit. It just came out like a month or so ago. Its gonna take a while for them to really iron out the kinks. I'd give it a year. I learned that the hard way migrating to Windows 10 a year early. Never doing that again.
