I'd probably start by getting into the terminal and check the logs. There should be a way to get in through the web GUI (probably, I haven't personally used UnRAID, but it is based on Slackware and Linux is Linux). If you can't get in, get in through an ssh session with either CMD or with a tool like PuTTY. 

 

Once you're in there, run this command to try to see the error

systemctl status docker

You might need to put "sudo" in front of that, depending on whether you logged in as root.
