USB/PS2 don't work on bios??

I use this machine as a server , hasn't been running since september powering on a few times for accesing to data ( so no max 2 weeks of not been running ) . 

 

Now i wiped all data from all 4 drives to change OS and when tried to change the boot drive the keyboard or mouse dont work to change bios settings . 

 

I tried reseting bios , changing keyboard , changing with PS2 connector , just using 1 stik of ram ( i update when i test more things ) . 

 

Its weird because the bios display works fine and the usb are powered ( tested with usb watimeter ( voltage and intensity was changing when usb was inserted/removed)) but anything seems to make bios response. 

 

system specs:

mobo: ga-h61m-ds2 rev2.0

processor : xeon e3 1240 v2 

memory: 8gb 2133

(random gpu for display out )

The ps2 connector, used to connect the keyboard to change the boot drive

Revisiting this thread it was the motherboard fault , it was on the stand and droped some usb and shorted
