Oh wow, that's a lot of pictures.

Did you make sure the BIOS on that motherboard was compatible with Ryzen 5000 series? B450s require relatively new BIOS versions to work with 5xxx CPUs

Is said on their website that the motherboard is compatable with amd 5000 series.https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B450M-DS3H-rev-1x#kf

Also tried running it with a gpu that i was sure worked. But same result no post. Also the power button can only turn it on but not off. When i press the power buttonit turns on normally. But when i press it again nothing happens. Also holding the power button makes the lights on the motherboard flash dont know what that means cant find it on the manual.

Compatible, yes.

Compatible out of the box however, is a different story. https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B450M-DS3H-rev-1x/support#support-cpu - You need at least BIOS version F61 to make that CPU work with that motherboard.

You need to realize that B450 motherboards were originally released not for Ryzen 5000, not even for Ryzen 3000, but for Ryzen 2000 series. They are forwards-compatible, but they need the BIOS updates; without them, they just don't know how to boot with newer CPUs.

That board doesn't seem to have Bios Flashback functionalities, so... any friends with an older Ryzen CPU that could lend it to you for a day?

Try to talk with whatever store you bought the motherboard from, maybe they can help you with the BIOS upgrade.

Depending on where you live, another possibility might be requesting AMD for an "update kit": https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/pa-100 -- https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/pa-105
