I found a pc that i might buy.
I just need your help to find out if it's a good deal or not. The PC is a prebuild, but I'm open to building a pc if thats the better option.
PC components:
GPU: RTX 2070 (no idea which manufacturer)
CPU: AMD ryzen 7 3700x
RAM: 16gb ram not specified (I have 16gb ram 2666 so I will probably add that if possible, then it will need to be at 2666Mz)
STORAGE: 1 HDD 1TB, 1 SSD 500GB 
 

The prices is 1000 euro, 1.143,94 dollar.

I think this is cheaper then building you own pc with the same components. There are also no 2070 in stock anywhere as far as I can see and on marktplaats they are going for 700. What ssd, hdd and ram is used?

The SSD is a M.2 (from samsung), the HDD is a sata 3 (no idea which company) and the ram is 3000MHz 16gb

Due to the high cost of GPUs, this is a good deal. It would not be remotely a good deal if you could get that 2070 at a normal pre-COVID price. Still, that's the state of the world now.

 

However, even 3000MHz is not nearly fast enough for a 3700X. You damn sure don't want to use 2666MHz. A 3700X has multiple CCDs, and the infinity fabric that facilitates communication between the CCDs is tied to the memory clock speed. An FCLK of 1500MHz or especially 1333MHz is going to severely reduce CPU performance. 3600MHz RAM is where you want to be at.
