Help with installing liquid cooler?

Go to solution Solved by Skiiwee29,

what Motherboard? Typically though RGB headers are white and are either 3 pin or 4 pin. Your connector from your Pump is a 4 pin, so it needs to be plugged into a 4 pin header, otherwise you will burn out the 3 pin since its only 5v and could damage the rest of the board potentially as well.

EDIT: If its the B550 Tomahawk in your signature, There are 2 4 pin RGB headers, one is in the bottom left next to the Front Panel Audio connector Labeled as JRGB 1.

2nd is above the USB 3 header JRGB2:

I'm at the stage where I just need to connect all the wires up and its a little overwhelming atm... If you look at the pictures I uploaded, where do I plug this and how do i do it? it feels like its not going in so I'm a little scared.

You can download it from the company's website if you go to "support" or "downloads".

Thank you this helped so much! It's all set up and I'm on my pc right now! The fans are a little noisy but I can sort that out in the bios in just a sec.
