cold war error code

so i just bought cold war for PC today and it won't let me online i did do a ticket with activision but it could take up to 4 days for them to get back to me this is like so weird and annoying i tried to make a post on reddit but it won't let me but i am really confused i have internet connection i restarted the game how many times and my PC

Have you looked up the error code on google? Do that and tell us what it says so we (anybody who wants to help) can assist you better.
