windows 11 display problem..

so idk what it is but i have this issue where the screen will flicker a black background when im using chrome, idk how to explain it that well... so i have dark mode theme turned on in windows , but for some reason when having chrome open, the background of pages and even the desktop it self will flicker black but its not really like solid color its like a dark tint over the desks top, will flicker to a solid black randomly at times, i only noticed this in chrome at the moment. i tried to capture it but it happens randomly and fast. it happens on my main display which is a msi optix mag271cqr, i have a rtx 2070 super, all drivers are updated aswell.

Start off with a full DDU driver wipe and reinstall and we can go from there.

i have tried fully uninstalling display drivers, tried it in safemode aswell, the problem only happens on my main monitor and not my second monitor which is a whole different brand, its an LG 27UL850-W 27 Inch UHD, im not sure if my main monitor is failing or what but it dont make sense cus it started happening the day i upgraded to win11 , i might just go look for a new monitor or somthing.
