Diskpart clean all at windows installer

Im going to reinstall windows and i wanted to make it a clean install and completely zero all my disks so that they are like ”fresh-out-of-the-box”

I have a Samsung SSD and my question is if it would be safe to use the diskpart ”clean all” command when im in the windows installer, before selecting where to install windows ofc.

And if you know i would like to learn what this command actually does😄 Thanks!
