What PSU do you have?

Pre built?

Just FYI, a 650W PSU with no 8 pin is probably not a 650W PSU.

That depends very much on the PSU. In theory, 650 is plenty but that PSU sounds... shall we say, suspect

a better word is sus or mysterious

a 650 watt psu with no 8 pin?

woa that is a rare thing that happenes once in a blu moon

i think so you do have a 8 pin port but no 8 pin cable

if that is a case

buy a 8 pin cable

Pls Mark a solution as a solution, would be really helpful.

BTW pls correct me, iam really stoobid at times.

650W should be fine but I am worried about it not having a 8-pin.  Could be older or prebuilt.  Can you share the Model #?

But the cheapest & easiest would to be buy a 8pin adapter.  Depending on what spare cables you have (Molex, SATA, etc)

it has no current 8 pin and I can't see any ports on the outside

then 2 options

A. buy An Adapter.

B. Buy a new PSU
