When installing new ram PC won't boot

I got new ram and, when I add my ram it won't boot just stays black

full specs? try clearing the cmos with the new ram installed, could just be some bios settings causing an issue.

Im on windows 11 would that mess with it, is there a danger to reseting cmos, like old ram not working

Running Windows 11 should not have any impact on RAM stability. 

I tried resetting cmos but still won’t boot with new ram

it cleared but didnt boot the bios didnt even boot

did you try to leave it on for a bit. sometimes a mobo will have a few loops to get itself going again.

try 5-10 minutes, press the power button once or twice to help clear any charge out. the issue isn't caused by win11, it's either doa ram, bios settings, or compatibility issue.  what is the exact model of the mobo(amazon link doesn't list board), and what is the exact model # for the ram kit? how many sticks is the new kit, 1 or 2?
