Current Specs: Cpu: i5 4460, 16gb ddr3, gtx 970 

 

Hey all!

So with the newest gen of intel cpu's announced im now stuck in thinking what my upgrade is going to be, i was originally set on going for a Ryzen 5 5600X, obviously 16gb ddr4, a decent B550 board as well as a new case (don't have the funds for a new gpu yet, im currently using my younger brothers 1070 until he plays more demanding games). As i said, struggling to choose if i now save up a bit more, go for a 12600k, ddr5 + a z690 board which might go a bit over the budget, not sure but using previous knowledge i believe it might. 

 

In general, just looking for other peoples input, im not planning to upgrade straight after this, im wanting it to last me a while, i dont mind waiting for another 6 months or so, ive waited long enough :)
