Windows 98 nvcpl.dll error PLEASE HELP! Caesar III replaced oleaut32.dll file

Go to solution Solved by 2plash6,

Here is a download for oleauat32.dll: https://originaldll.com/file/oleaut32.dll/6923.html

So I have been trying to get an old Windows 98 PC up and running. Long story short, it turns out my Caesar III cd install replaces a Windows file oleaut32.dll which the NVIDIA graphics driver is looking for. So I need to somehow get the original oleaut32.dll file back or replace it again with one that won't cause issues with the NVIDIA graphics driver.
