I cant change the ram speed to 3200 mhz no matter what i do. Max ram speed i can set it to is 2933 mhz.

 

hardware

- 3200 mhz 16gb vengeance ram

- ASUS ROG STRIX X570-F GAMING mobo

- Amd Ryzen 3900x

 

I use to have 3200 speed before, but i started to boot loop and cannot use  3200 ram speed. Highes i can use is 2933mhz. is there a way for for to fix it ?
