Can not boot

Go to solution Solved by mariobros,

After changing to hmdi everything worked fined seems that DisplayPort died, I'll buy another cable to see if it was the cable or some weird issue

I left my computer on downloading games from Epic games store and GOG with the monitor off, when I tried to use it this morning the screen would not power on.

I tried rebooting the pc which gave me an error 93 on the debug LED which is PCI Bus hot plug initialization. I tried to clear CMOS and to reseat the RAM and nothing changes. Is there any other step that I can try before having to remove the GPU since I have hardline watercooling that would be really annoying.

My system is a 5800x with B550 Aorus master and RTX 3080

The bios and windows 10 are the latest updates

Take out the GPU and plug it back in, make sure the power is correctly connected to the GPU.
Also make sure any NVME drive is correctly inserted.
If you have any other PCI(e) devices do that same.
Also check your SATA drives connections.

The error is clearly saying there is an issue with PCI connected devices. (That can almost be anything including the CPU itself).
But i would certainly start with the GPU.

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

I checked all the cables and removed the sata drives and nothing changed.

After I tried removing the NVME ssd and now it gets stuck on F3: Recovery firmware image is found. then after 1/2 minutes it turns off and when I tun back on I have the same error. I'll try to use the Q-Flash to flash the bios

After Flashing the BIOS and removing all Sata and NVME Drives it tries to boot and gets stuck on code A3: Activated all currently connected IDE devices.

I see that it tries to display an image (it turns the monitor on) but nothing is displayed and it turns the monitor back off

And now I have the CPU LED on on the MB as if the cpu was the issue

Edit: After a few minutes with the CPU LED on it rebooted twice than it stayed off but still stuck at the same code A3

After all the steps above plus trying multiple configs I was able to confirm that when the NVME is installed it gets stuck on 93: PCI Bus hot plug initialization and when I dont have it gets stuck as A3: Activated all currently connected IDE devices. Either way I'm not able even to get into the bios

I'm not super familiar with this issue, but I'd try disconnecting all external devices except your keyboard and monitor next. If that doesn't work, I'd reseat the cpu.
