Hey everybody,

 

Has anyone here had to RMA a Zotac card in Canada recently?

 

I sent my gpu to their Richmond facility and they've had it since October 8th.

 

I sent them several follow up emails (a week a part) and they kept telling me it's still "in testing". Now they've stop responding all together.....

 

What do I do if Zotac ghosts me?

Call them, if not answer  leave them an email to threaten with lawsuit. I would do this for my last resort. try to wait a week or two for the answer.

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.
