RTX 3090 thermal pads

So I just finished replacing my thermal pads successfully and temps are excellent now. Memory temps dropped from 104c to 90c.  ...The only thing is that when I closed up the my card and put it back in my pc I noticed about half a centimeter of thermal pad peaking out from the edge by the pci connector on the bottom of the card. Do I have to open up my card again or will this be fine? 

 

I don't have a picture but this the same area where its coming out of.  Thanks.

Itll prob be fine, if its really bothering you that much then just cut it off with your nails or something

it looks like that would not be a problem since the pad does not go into the pcie slot but if it really anoys u. u could decide to cut it of with a pair of scissors
