Computer won’t post

Built this computer from new and spare parts, but I can’t get it to post. I’ve swapped out working GPUs and CPUs with no success. Those being the bigger concerns, I’ve also tried re-seating the RAM as well as using a single stick/two sticks. There is no OS installed at the moment because I was going for a clean install. 
 

Ryzen 3600

MSI b550 gaming plus

2X8 Corsair vengeance pro

980 TI strix

240GB SSD

1TB HDD

CX650 semi modular power supply

 

Fans run and everything lights up, just doesn’t post. The MB troubleshooting light labeled VGA is also a solid white.

First thing I'd try is clearing the cmos/bios with the jumper. If that mobo supports flashback or similar, maybe try flashing the bios again. I have corrupted my bios before, rare, but happens sometimes.

 

Hopefully some knows exactly whats happening with that board.

Forgive me for stating the obvious, but are you plugging the display cable into your motherboard? ( The 3600 doesn't have an igpu, and so you won't get a display)

Oh also make sure you wait a good 20 seconds and not 2 seconds for memory training. Make sure you got all of your power cables in (like cpu power).
