Sometimes get no post (VGA)

So sometimes every few weeks when starting my PC up, it gets stuck on the VGA light (B550-A PRO) and dosnt post. Turning it off and back on fixes it but not sure why this is happening.

 

Im running 7C56vA7 for the bios version and already reseated the ram (corsair vengeance rgb pro 3600mhz 4x8gb) and gpu (5700xt).
