Bad temps

hello guys! 

haeve a problem. then load GPU 100% and system fans of temps core-54c memory-69-70c

if tuen on 4 fans on 100%  temp rising 58-60c core and memory up to 73-74c

 befor i have old psu Aerocool VX-700 700W, but i buy new psu be quiet straight power 11 platinum (bn310)

but problem still here!!

cpu ryzen 3600 box cooler

gpu Gigabyte PCI-Ex GeForce RTX 2070 Super Aorus 8GB GDDR6 (256bit)

motherboard Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite (sAM4, AMD X570, PCI-Ex16)

ram HyperX DDR4-3200 16384MB PC4-25600 (Kit of 2x8192) Fury RGB Black (HX432C16FB3AK2/16)

hdd samsung 320gb old seagate 300gb old

ssd Kingston SSD HyperX Fury 3D 120GB 2.5" SATAIII TLC (KC-S44120-6F)

fans 4 be quiet! Silent Wings 3 120mm PWM High-speed (BL070). 3 cheap case fans powered by molex

If it's right that the problem continues, it doesn't seem to be a PSU problem, but this PSU is definitely rubbish.

Russian: проверь если там контакт кулера с видео памиьтю хороший или у вас в програма там настройнна чтобы только на высокой темп венты начинали работать.

English: check if you have a good contact with the cooler with the vram, or maybe you have a program that is set to turn on the fans on higher temps.

стоит отдельная прога на работу кулеров и я в ручную проверял нагружаю 100% карту и выкл кулери темпы норм ток вкл клера 100% и температуры растут

думал ранее нехватало питания от блока, но так как купил новый с большим запасом непонятно откуда проблема

если это когда вы вкл кулеры так можеть быть бракованны вент там.

тяжоло поверить что когда кулеры работают на максимуме они не холодят а обогревают.

бело у меня случие с лампой... что она слишком сильно нагреалос из за коротково замыкание.

я думаю или венты, или блок кулера не плотно сидит на видео память или это уже там что то бракованаё.

но ешё забыл сказать что нет чего боятся с такой температурой. только когда подходит к 85 градусов то тогда надо опасатса.

покороче если это случаетсо когда венты подключаются так может быть они просто плохово качество.
 

If it happens when you turn the fans on this can be a bad fan.
Hard to believe that when you max out a fan it doesn't cool but makes it hotter.
I had a situation once with a lamp... it was overheating because of a short circuit somewhere in it.

I think that the problem is either in the fans if it heats when you turn them on, The cooling block isn't in good contact with the VRAM, or there is something faulty.
But I forgot to add that there is nothing to worry about in these temps, only when it gets above 85 I would've worried about it.
In shot I think that if this happens when the fans are being turned on it can be that their are just of bad quality and heat too much.

фишка в том что сначало было 2 кулера,потом купилось ищё 2 кулера пробывал по отдельности

сомневаюсь что все 4 бракованы(да и фирма не дешовая)

и память видеокарты

 

before i have 2 fan. later buy another 2 fans. try to with first 2 and the second 2. even try buy one of them. stiil same proplem.
i doubt that all 4 of then are bad
