Cannot map network drive using zerotier one.

Hi! I host a file server and I use zerotier one to connect to my home network from the internet. But I cannot map a network drive using the IP in zerotier but I can see my files in the file explorer address bar by typing "\\172.28.21.179". I wonder how to solve this problem? Hope someone knows this and thank you very much!!!
