Is my gpu dying ?

I have a sapphire nitro r9 390x, so yesterday I tried to play "life is strange true colors" and all of a sudden my gpu fans have gone crazy I check my gpu temp and it's 80-82c and the fans are on 70+% I tried other games same thing 
on idle the fans are on 30% and it's 55-52c, now I never keep track of my gpu temps so I don't remember excatly the numbers but I never heard my gpu this loud before while gaming.
I clean installed windows and still same issue.

specs :
ryzen 5600x
16gb DDR4 3200mhz
r9 390x 8gb
