3 beeps when turning on

Getting 3 beeps when trying to turn on my PC which I’ve recently shipped from the UK to the US. I’ve tried reinstalling the rams and gpu etc but nothing. 
 

please help

3 beeps usually memory problem, rub the contact with pencil eraser, and spray the slot with contact cleaner.

• 1 long beep followed by 2 short beeps is a memory issue. Reseat the RAM and reboot.

 

But it depends what motherboard it is. Might be video card error code.
