G-sync flickering with Asus xg32vq

Heya. Created an account for this problem  here as Linuses community seems to be more on it that Nvidias from the threads ive seen. I keep getting the infamous gsync flicker and have a really annoying time fixing it.

Why annoying, beside the obvious? Its because I managed to fix it using CRU utility, however, the fix resets from time to time for no apparent reason. Not only when i restart my pc.

Also, to make it work i need to reset the setting again, in CRU, then execute restart64, which sometimes breaks windows explorer i think as i cannot access the windows start menu after running it from time to time. CRU in general has not been treating me very well and I was hoping someone here can either point me in the right direction of setting it up (doubt thats the issue and think its just CRU being a $%%*%), or perhaps some other fix, or too, l that will stop the G-sync flicker. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
