windows 11 update not working

Sorry, while I was working it randomly asked for permission to update and is now windows 11. Thanks anyway though

it shows this on settings and then it doesnt even restart to update. i left it for a few hours and it went to installing 100% and didnt do anything. i tried restarting my laptop multiple times to no avail. Please Help.

If its updating through windows update its a supoorted laptop, unless its done by the reg hacks needed to do it, then it may have some issues
