Have you tried updating it by right clicking and searching online for the driver?

https://www.sweetwater.com/sweetcare/articles/how-do-i-update-my-pcs-usb-3-0-chipset-drivers/

I have tried it, but did not work. I've tried also reseating everything( cpu, ram, m.2, sata, all connectors) but did not help. I have tried also using two different drives m.2 and sata with installed windows but it resulted same problem.

Did you check your motherboard's support page for the driver? You could also try to find the driver from Intel's website. Just be careful as you should NOT load the driver from external/removable media. (at least that's what I saw from a few other searches)

You'll want to download the driver and save it to your desktop and then load the driver from there if you can manage to find the right one. It should be related to your 7th gen processor.

EDIT: as long as your system is the one that's in your signature, if not.... what are the current specs of this system you're having trouble with?

i will try tonight, thanks!
