Out of Memory ERROR

Hi there, so after running for a a day, my pc has started to go  into a black screen, with a wmall white window, that says "system.outofmemoryexception".

My pc works perfect when i am active on it, but when i go to sleep, or head off to work, i leave my PC on, idling in twitch chats, but now recently, i see this message when i go back on my pc after a while. this is very new, and has not happened before. As mentioned, this does not happen while i'm using my pc, for example gaming, or wathing series, it works all fine, but when its just idling in twitch etc, it comes this error.

 

Anyone got any intel?
