Annoying stuttering on some games - High End PC-!

Hi,

\I'm facing very annoying stuttering in some games, sometimes its just unplayable, most of the games are mediocre ones not AAA games.

 

Games with stuttering:

Sudden Strike 4

Northgard - Unplayable

Two Point Hospital

Far Cry 6

 

Games with no issues:

F1 2020 & 2021

AC: Valhalla and Odyssey

TW: Three Kingdoms

Anno 1800

Death Stranding

 

Every driver \ bios is up to date.

 

is it related to optimization?
