Gaming Mic Advice

My girlfriend watched TV in the living room where I game and I use a Logitech C920, friends in my discord can't stand the background noise. Looking to see if there is any adjustments I can make to the mic so it doesn't pick up the background noise, or if there is a gaming headset that won't pick up the background noise.

Have you tried turning on the Krisp AI processing?
