Is my vpn provider throttling me?

Thanks for the help after reinstalling the client and switching to ikev2 it works now

I used surfshark continuously for a little over 3 days then when I restarted surfshark didn't want to connect any help pls?

I have an ASUS G14 2021 with Manjaro KDE and I am a professional Linux NoOB and also pretty bad at General Computing.

 

ALSO I DON'T EDIT MY POSTS* NOWADAYS SO NO NEED TO REFRESH BEFORE REPLYING *unless I edit my post

What operating system? and a general idea of how your network is setup

I use Windows 11 with a Intel WiFi 6 Ax200 connected to a router which is connected to a modem

wifi or eth? and is your vpn a whole home setup or per machine?

wifi per machine with offical client and haven't changed any thing about the setup or the settings including the address, gateway dns etc...

just so i can help you better i just want to clarify a couple things, did you do anything to your dns ie is it the stock one from isp not pihole or relateed, is your gatewayset by isp, and my last question is this on your personal network ie no IT firewalls or filtering?

Check your account status and check emails if any from surfshark 

 

Try reloging in your profile or download new profile try reinstalling the client

the dns is 9.9.9.9 and apart from that i didn't change anything and i tried re logging and i am on a normal home network
