All the USBs disconnect at random

Like the title says the usbs disconnect at random moments and I dont understand why. 

Ex: I'm playng apex legends with my friends and in mid game all the usbs just say bye bye, so my mouse is not working, the USB wifi adaptor. And I'm there looking at the monitor waiting and after 5 seconds the mouse works but the wifi is in another dimension 

Does anyone know why this happens ?

If you have a B550 try updating the BIOS, it was a known issue with these boards a while ago.

As much as possible, but motherboard is probably enough.

You can download the latest BIOS here. I recommend the latest non beta version. https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B550-A-PRO#down-bios

 

Here's a guide on how to update it.

 

Also, only update if you are sure your power is stable. If the PC shuts down during the update your motherboard is pretty much dead, unless the flashback button still works which isn't always. Chances of this happening is very small, but I just want you to be aware of it.
