So I recently built myself a new PC with Windows 11 and it works fine for the most part. However when launching steam games I get some problems. All games perform "First time setup" on every launch.

Borderlands 2 and PreSequel launch without sound and rocket league wont launch at all. I have updated all my drivers, reinstalled many times, yet nothing seems to be working. Help would be greatly appreciated

You have an incompatible GPU and CPU...

Or your RAM is wrong.
Fix your internet.

Get rid of Windows 11

These are some of the answers you will get if you dont share your specs!!!

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

Nice system.
Did you have the same problem on Windows 10?
If not go back, Windows 11 is to new to not be buggy as hell.
