I currently have:
1x M.2 240gb (OS)

2x SSD 240gb (GAMES)

1x HDD 2tb (GAMES/Others)

 

and I'm planning to Raid 0 my 2x SSD 240gb because it's kinda hard to organize my games especially with the huge size of COD: Modern Warfare and Cold War.
any easy to follow guide you can recommend me?

You can do it with your mobo, or I think windows storage spaces would have an option for a striped array. If storage spaces can do it, I’d go that route so your not tied to hardware raid.
