Country: Australia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Warzone, Borderlands 3, other high end games (not workstation)

Just wondering if you guys can help me check over compatibility and heat dissipation ability for my planned build

Parts:

PC case - InWin A1 Plus (incl 650W power supply)

Sapphire Nitro Plus 6800 XT

5600x with Wraith Prism cooler

2x16GB 3200 MHz Dominator Platinum RAM

MSI MPG B550-i or ROG X570-i mobo (not sure which is better)

4x SilverStone Air Blazer 120R case fans

1TB m.2

4TB HDD (will be mounted to the right side under the PSU with mounting tape as there is no dedicated 3.5" mount)

My thoughts are that the heat dissipation should be alright since there are 95 CFM fans but just want to make sure

Is 650W PSU sufficient? The CPU is 65W but the GPU is 300W, and the manufacturer recommended PSU is 850W lol

Also the case specifies a maximum 55mm width card but mine is 55.3mm

Overpriced trash, get some tridentz neos instead and overclock them, if you dont wanna bother tuning ram then a cheap rgb 3200mhz cl16 kit will do

If you want gen4 go for a z440, rocket 4.0, or mp600 core, gen3 go for a a2000 or p5

Im not really sure how cool its gonna run so youll have to try it out yourself but a 5600x will run pretty cool, since there are bottom intake fans the gpu will prob also run cool, though undervolting will help with power efficiency and temps

X570 in uneccesary here, just go for a cheap b550 board

Check the 12v rail and how many amps it has to see if the psu will suffice or not

The only major problem that ive found with this build is the overpriced and pointless ram but otherwise it seems ok

I bought the RAM bundled with a 3700x last year for 500 AUD so nothing I can do about that now lol. If everything else is good then I'll probably swap out mobo and double check PSU now. thanks.
