NAT Type Always Teredo Now

Hello Everyone, hope all is well. Recently with gaming with Xbox games and really any multiplayer game in general, my NAT type is always Teredo now when I turn on my PC. This was not a problem until the beginning of the week. I know how to fix with disabling it and restarting, then setting it to it's default state in CMD. Anyone might know why this is happening, tried looking at other forums but no really information.
